Return/Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our services at Elite Beauty Clinics Inc. We aim to provide our customers with the best possible experience. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or wish to request a refund, please review our return/refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds 

To be eligible for a return/refund, you must contact us within 10 days of the purchase date. The service or product must be in the same condition as when you received it, and it should not have been used or altered in any way. In case of physical products, they must be returned in the original packaging.

Non-Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

Services rendered or products that have been used or altered after receipt are not eligible for returns/refunds. Gift cards or downloadable software/products are not eligible for returns/refunds.

How to Request a Return/Refund

To initiate the return/refund process, please contact our customer support team at support@ebclinics.com. Provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return/refund request, and any supporting evidence if applicable.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return request and validate its eligibility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. In some cases, refunds may take longer to process depending on the payment method and financial institution policies. 

Service Cancellations

EBC collects several categories of Personal Information as defined by
the New Jersey Consumer Privacy Act, the European Union General
Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR), which and Personal Health
Information (PHI) as defined by the US Health Insurance Portability and
Accountability Act (HIPAA).

address, email address, Social Security number, driver’s license
number, passport number, or other similar identifiers.

Records statute, such as name, signature, Social Security number,
address, telephone number, fax number, passport number, driver’s
license or state identification card number, insurance policy
number, education, employment, bank account number, credit card

We obtain the personal information listed above from the following
sources:

User-provided Information. When you use the Service, you may
provide and we may collect what is generally called “Personal
Information,” or “Personal Data,” which is information that
specifically identifies an individual. directly and indirectly from you
when using our Services or visiting our website.
“Cookies” Information. When you visit the Service, we may send
one or more cookies (a small text file containing a string of

Terms of Use which shall be a Consent Form for these purposes.
EBC, at your request, can confirm and provide machine readable copies

to the nature and frequency of promotional communications that you
receive from us in user account functionality on the Service. Please be
aware that if you opt-out of receiving commercial email from us or
otherwise modify the nature or frequency of promotional communications
you receive from us, it may take up to ten business days for us to
process your request, and you may receive promotional communications
from us that you have opted-out from during that period. Additionally,
